We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on digital or custom items. All sales are final.

If there is an error or damage on our part, please email us at contact@castronovoandco.com within 7 business days so we can remedy the problem.

For all non-digital or non-customized items, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return and we will assist you with sending your item back to us. All items must be returned in new condition with their original packaging. Returns must be received at, or post-marked en route to us within 30 days after initial delivery.

All orders are sent to print upon receipt, so we are unable to accept cancellations or make changes to your order.

Each bank’s processing time will vary, but on average it takes a bank approximately 7-10 business days to process refunds.

If you have any questions about you bank’s processing time, we recommend reaching out to your bank directly.
